Der OmniTIK 5 ac ist mit fünf Gigabit-Ethernet-Ports und Unterstützung für 802.11ac ausgestattet. Er verfügt über eine leistungsstarke 720 MHz CPU, 128 MB RAM, ein leistungsstarkes Dual-Chain 802.11a/n/ac Wireless (Unterstützung für AC und Abwärtskompatibilität mit normalen 802.11a/n CPEs) und wird mit einem neu gestalteten, wetterfesten Außengehäuse, zwei integrierten 7,5 dBi 5 GHz Rundstrahlantennen, einem Netzteil, einem PoE-Injektor und einem Montageset geliefert. - OmniTIK 5 ac US (USA) ist werkseitig auf die Frequenzen 5170-5250MHz und 5725-5835MHz beschränkt.
