**REGULATORISCHER RAHMEN**

Die AEEG 421/2014 CEI 0-16 Anhang M-Verordnung zur Sicherheit des nationalen Stromnetzes verlangt von Photovoltaik- und Windkraftanlagen über 100 kW, die Fernabschaltung vom Netz per SMS vorzusehen.

**MERKMALE DES EECHO XL DSC**

ist eine GSM-Einheit zur Fernabschaltung durch den Netzbetreiber durch Senden codierter SMS, um in das Schnittstellenschutzsystem (SPI) einzugreifen. Digitaler Eingang (IN1) zur Erkennung des Status des Schnittstellengeräts (DDI) und zum Senden von SMS für das Öffnen und Schließen des DDI. Es ist nur über dedizierte Software konfigurierbar (Mini-USB Typ B Kommunikationsport). Ein zusätzlicher Ausgang und Eingang, über Software konfigurierbar.
