IF-MSB-RS232-SWO: MSB-RS232 Analyzer - SwitchOption for controlling individual serial port lines

Option for the MSB-RS232 serial analyzer. A virtual breakout box with the ability to influence (change, break) lines, insert data, and redirect signal pins.

The optional *Switch Option* software extends the analyzer's capabilities, enabling the function to interactively change individual lines.
It is possible to switch between different levels, including the ability to deactivate individual lines. It is also possible to insert data into received and outgoing packets and redirect lines.
Imagine the switch option as a kind of patch panel between the inputs and outputs of port A and B (similar to a breakout box). On this, you can insert interruption blocks, inversion blocks and other elements and connect them to the connectors of both ports.

####

| #### Advanced Features |   |
|---|---|
| Line Inversion | Inversion elements allow targeted negation of each data/signal line. |
| Data Insertion | Insert any desired data sequences, even binary. |
| Transmission Error Simulation | Send data along with a frame or parity error. |
| Test on each data line | Free choice of lines, which are interpreted as data transmission signals. |
| #### Possible Uses |   |
| Line Rerouting | To build your own adapter when standard lines are not used. Invert signals if necessary. |
| Simulate/Test Data Flow | Active switching of control lines to simulate reaction or line inversion for the protocol. Especially when developing interfaces, this access to control lines can be a great advantage. Testing the reaction on the RTS/CTS protocol is now easy. |
| Intercept and manipulate data | Undo the normal data flow and send data manually. While normal communication is paused, you can send and receive data from both devices to force some reaction or simulate a special protocol/error sequences. |
