VS361: People Counting Sensor for Retail Stores

The VS361 is a pedestrian traffic counting sensor based on direct reflection photocell technology. The device detects passers-by by emitting an infrared beam and identifying its reflection on objects, thus allowing for accurate people counting. Positioned as an entry-level and economical solution for customer flow statistics in outdoor environments, it boasts an IP65 protection rating (waterproof) and an adjustable detection range from 1 to 9 meters, ensuring reliable environmental adaptability. The VS361 uses the DO (Digital Output) and DI (Digital Input) of compatible devices, transmitting signals via high and low logic levels. Therefore, it does not integrate LoRa technology nor provides for frequency band distinction.
