89452937-DES: DALI-2 Expander System extension with integrated DALI bus power supply

This compact device is used to expand the DALI line. The DALI-2 Expander is connected to the DALI line (DALI IN terminals) and behaves like a DALI power supply with its own DALI address. Devices connected to the DALI-2 Expander output (DALI OUT terminals) form a subordinate DALI line. DALI operating devices in the sub-line are controlled in broadcast mode via the DALI-2 Expander's address. With Art. Nr. 89452937-DES, devices in the DALI sub-line can alternatively be controlled via Switch&Dim. The DALI-2 Expander has an integrated DALI bus power supply (25mA or 200mA, depending on the device version) to power the sub-line. In addition to increasing the number of operating devices, the Expander can also be used to increase the cable length by 300m. The DALI-2 Expander is available in 3 housing variants: for DIN rail, for remote ceiling installation / integration into luminaires, and for installation boxes.
