Intens'O: a Class A LoRaWAN sensor that measures electric power intensity and determines equipment status relative to a configured power threshold.

INTENS'O SENSOR analyzes the current amplitude of any electrical conductor. Current amplitude is measured using a split-core current transformer without interrupting the current path.
INTENS'O regularly measures current and periodically transmits the equipment's operational status. When the current measurement crosses a threshold previously set by the user, the sensor automatically transmits an alarm with the associated current measurement. The alert can be transmitted via a public or private LoRaWAN communication network.
INTENS'O SENSOR is quickly and easily positioned on the power phase conductor of any electrical panel or the electrical motor of the equipment.
It allows you to verify:
• Whether the equipment is operating or inactive, due to a mechanical failure, for example;
• If street lighting is working correctly or not, allowing for quick lamppost replacement, up to 7 different current thresholds can be set. For example, when used in a building or factory, it enables setting up a predictive maintenance service.
INTENS'O SENSOR is easy to use, deploy, and maintain.
The sensor is equipped with:
• A split-core current transformer
• A 3m cable that allows positioning the current clamp on the live conductor in the electrical panel, near the motor.
• A 3M Dual Lock adhesive and an adaptable hooking system
• An NFC identification tag (product number, serial number, production batch)
• A magnetic switch and a buzzer that allow the installer to easily enable/disable the sensor.
The sensor is powered by a 3.6 Volt lithium battery. Battery life is over 10 years when measuring current every minute and transmitting data every hour.
