ATC-277MM: RS232/422/485 serial-Multimode fiber converter, SC connector

ATC-277MM is an optical fiber modem, which allows the connection of RS232/422/485 devices via a multimode fiber optic cable.
The device allows connection up to 2 kilometers of fiber optic cables and supports point-to-point or Ring (point-to-multipoint) mode.

It supports data transfer speeds up to 250kbps and allows coupling devices with different interfaces. This means that ATC-277MM can replace interface converters and isolators when connecting remote devices, preserving the EMI/RFI characteristics and transient immunity of optical fiber.

ATC-277MM supports both transmit and receive lines, and offers full hardware control of the RS-422/485 driver with an automatic circuit for transmitted data control.
All serial connections are available on the DB-9 female connector or on a removable 6-pin terminal block, while the optical fiber is connected via SC connectors. 

The unit is powered from 9 to 24Vdc 250mA max.
