The innovative vector control algorithm for direct current control “I/F mode”, with or without sensor, the ability to control any type of motor, asynchronous or synchronous, advanced torque control functions, and the integrated positioner, allow the GD350 to be successfully used in medium and high complexity applications. #### Infinite expansion possibilities The presence of integrated expansion slots allows the GD350's functionalities to be increased with fieldbus cards (Ethernet, CANopen, Profibus, Profinet, EtherCAT, DeviceNet), feedback interfaces (incremental encoder, absolute, resolver), I/O modules, an integrated PLC card, and a Bluetooth module for accessing and programming the inverter via smartphone. The integrated USB port allows a simple and immediate connection to a PC for programming and monitoring the drive. #### Energy saving with INVT ECO-MODE - The innovative ECO-MODE operating mode available in INVT Inverters of the GD350 series can contribute, along with other measures, to achieving the energy saving objectives of the Transition 5.0 Plan, offering a significant advantage, in terms of consumption, compared to traditional inverter control modes. - ECO-MODE automatically optimizes the efficiency of the motor-inverter system by acting directly and autonomously on the voltage/frequency curve and establishing the optimal V/f ratio for maximum motor efficiency under any load and rotation speed conditions. - ECO-MODE is suitable for use with various applications but offers the greatest savings in machines that do not require frequent accelerations and decelerations, allowing the system to self-regulate and, if necessary, autonomously deactivate in the face of sudden variations in frequency and/or load. - To activate ECO-MODE, only one parameter is needed, no complex programming, no detailed knowledge of system dynamics.
