To achieve real data integration, it is essential that communication between the factory plants and the higher-level IT systems (SCADA, MES, ERP…) is transparent. The cMT-G01 effectively integrates a heterogeneous set of devices into a single piece of equipment. ### Data Acquisition and Analysis The cMT-G01 has the same data acquisition and analysis functions as an HMI (e.g., event log storage, etc.). It is capable not only of managing data transfer, such as recipe data, between heterogeneous devices, but also of executing macros for arithmetic and logical operations or for converting raw data into meaningful data. Furthermore, the cMT-G01 has a “Scheduler” function that allows events to be programmed over time.
