Moduino X-Series ESP32 Controller Moduino is a small controller for automation, yet powerful and energy-efficient, capable of performing any automation task. Moduino is based on an ultra-low-power 240 MHz dual-core Tensilica LX6 processor and has 512KB of RAM (up to 4MB) and 4MB of on-board SPI flash memory. The integrated Wi-Fi / BLE modem and wireline / wireless interfaces make the Moduino microcomputer a versatile addition to Industrial IoT solutions. For more complex installations and for those requiring high integration capabilities, Moduino devices can easily work remotely with existing ModBerry gateways for data accumulation and monitoring, to perform specific actions before sending data to cloud services. The Moduino-ModBerry installation can function as a standalone ecosystem (e.g., via MQTT), providing fog-computing to every installation. Two different models, X1 and X2, represent a diversified approach to IIoT installations for remote data access and management. The main difference between Moduino X1 and its larger sibling Moduino X2, apart from size, is battery support. The X1, due to lower power demand, is independent of the local power grid – perfect for remote installations and monitoring of remote objects.
