RAK1903: WisBlock Ambient Light Sensor

RAK1903 is a WisBlock sensor that extends the WisBlock system with an ambient light sensor. A ready-to-use SW library and tutorial make it easy to create an ambient light data acquisition system. The RAK1903's range from 0.01 lux to 83865 lux makes it suitable for a greenhouse control system, light detection systems, or alarm systems.

RAK1903 combined with the RAK4631 WisBlock Core is a ready-to-use system for collecting ambient light data. Acquired data can be sent using LoRaWan® communication, LoRa® point-to-point, and BLE connections. RAK1903 is ideal for battery-powered applications due to its low power consumption. Additionally, the WisBlock system allows the complete module to be turned off to further reduce the system's power consumption. The RAK1903 ambient light sensor can be combined with other WisBlock sensors such as a temperature and humidity sensor and a barometric pressure sensor module to create a greenhouse control system.
