RAK7248C - WisGate Developer D4H+ (EG95-E), 4GB

RAK7248 WisGate Developer D4H RAK7248 is a LoRAWAN gateway composed of Raspberry Pi4, RAK2287 Concentrator, and RAK2287 Pi HAT. The RAK2287 includes a GPS module and a heatsink to improve performance and thermal dissipation management, and its enclosure is built with an aluminum structure.

The integrated RAK2013 Cellular Pi HAT is based on Quectel's EG95, an LTE CAT4 module specifically optimized for M2M and IoT applications.

The integrated RAK2287 uses Semtech's SX1302 chip, whose integrated LoRa® concentrator IP core is a powerful digital signal processing engine. It can receive up to 8 LoRa packets with different spreading factors on different channels and is available in multiple variants, so it can be used for international standard bands. This unique capability allows for the implementation of innovative and advantageous network architectures compared to other short-range systems. The RAK2287 Pi HAT is a Raspberry Pi form-factor converter board that allows mounting the RAK2287 module on top of the Raspberry Pi. It integrates one (1) 40-pin female Pi HAT connector and an mPCIe connector to connect the RAK2287 to the Raspberry Pi 4.

The RAK7248 is ideal for prototyping, proof-of-concept demonstration, or evaluation. It includes a ready-to-use LoRaWAN Gateway operating system that can be connected to a LoRaWAN server. Furthermore, configuring a LoRaWAN system is simple even for less experienced users. It should be the best value and function for connectivity to address a variety of applications such as Smart Grid, Smart Farm, and other IoT business applications.
