UC711-868M: LoRaWAN HVAC controller

UC711 is a LoRaWAN® HVAC controller that supports heating and cooling systems, including heat pumps, hot air generators, and PTAC devices, via BMS systems or paired with the Milesight WT401 thermostat. UC711 offers multiple temperature and fan control modes, enabling precise climate adjustments inside buildings. It allows automatic control through time scheduling and remote management via cloud systems. Real-time monitoring ensures timely alerts in case of sudden temperature changes, prioritizing people’s safety and protecting assets.

## Technical Specifications

- Supports 24VAC HVAC systems including PTAC, air conditioners, hot air generators, and heat pumps
- Works with the Milesight WT401 wireless thermostat via Bluetooth (wireless)
- Optional data sources for environmental sensing and precise control: external NTC sensor, WT401 thermostat, Milesight sensors, data from external sensors via network server (In development)
- Equipped with a signal input for an external NTC sensor and a dry-contact input for badges/magnetic switches (In development)
- Includes an integrated RTC to keep the correct time for up to 72 hours even without power
- Adjusts ambient temperature manually or automatically with 8 operating modes and allows setting up to 16 time schedules for each mode (In development)
- Real-time monitoring ensures timely alerts in case of sudden temperature changes (In development)
- Saves data history locally and supports retransmission to help prevent data loss (In development)
- Integrated NFC and Bluetooth for easy setup
