If the device is no longer visible on the network and by the I.O.T. Service software, a reset can be performed via the 485 serial port. You just need software like Putty and an RS485-USB converter. Locate the COM port of the serial converter connected to the PC and set the parameters to 115200 8N1 and click CONNECT. You will see a completely black window. At this point, DO NOT type, but copy three +++ symbols from notepad and paste them into the window; the "EPORT>" prompt will appear. Now type Reload and press enter (capital letter R).
