Flood and Level Monitoring Device with MODBUS RTU interfaceThe Modbus module with 6 analog inputs and 2 relay outputs has been developed for decentralized control tasks. Suitable for monitoring leak sensor electrodes or the fill level of liquid tanks and for switching pumps or solenoid valves. In this case, the relay contacts must be protected by appropriate load-dependent measures. The resistance of the conductive fluid is measured when the electrodes are immersed. It is also possible to signal a cable break (requires LKS-ZD sensor). The module can operate in isolation or connected to a Modbus master. Inputs and outputs can be switched and scanned via standard registers of the MODBUS protocol.

The module address, bit rate, and parity are set with two rotary switches on the front or via software. Suitable for decentralized mounting on a DIN rail TH35 according to IEC 60715 in electrical distribution cabinets.
