## Frequently asked questions

**I made a mistake setting the TA ratios on the MID meter. Is it possible to change them in any way?**
Unfortunately, it is not possible to modify the TA ratios on MID meters. By specification and to comply with the MID directive, TA ratio parameters are not modifiable once set.
The only possibility to reset the meter is to send it to the manufacturer, who will reset it to factory values and send it back.
The operation has a cost, in addition to transport, which will be quoted before proceeding with the shipment.
