OPC Server for connection to an unlimited number of FFUs via RS232/RS485 serial bus.

It allows acquiring the main parameters from the FFUs and controlling on/off and percentage setpoint.
Value requests are optimized to update frequently changing parameters more often.

The serial line parameters are freely configurable.

Supports multi-connections for splitting FFUs across different serial lines.

 

Variables acquired from FFU:

- **MotorStatusOK**: Alarm signaling
- **IsOn**: FFU operating
- **ActualSpeed**: Current speed in percentage
- **SetPercSpeed**: Percentage speed setpoint
- **SerialNumber**: FFU serial number
- **ManufacturingDate**: Manufacturing date
- **HoursOperated**: Operating hours
- **IsClockwise**: Indicates clockwise rotation direction

 

In the configuration of each FFU, it is necessary to indicate the unit's group and address. It is possible to control FFUs individually or send a group command to control several simultaneously.

The intelligent configurator allows entering FFUs in batch mode by specifying a group and address range to speed up configuration creation.
