TP-MS4G-VHP:4-Port Gigabit UniVolt Midspan PoE Injector

The TP-MS4G-VHP midspan PoE power sources are used to provide PoE and data to multiple devices from a central location such as an equipment room or cabinet. The PoE devices feature a separate data input port coupled with a data / PoE output port. The PoE function is considered 4-pair passive PoE, sometimes referred to as “High PoE”. Units support Gigabit Ethernet and are backwards compatible to 10/100MB. The Midspan features Universal Voltage (UniVolt™) PoE outputs where the PoE voltage is equal to the input voltage. All ports will have the same PoE voltage. The DC PoE voltage (20V-60V) is supplied on pins 1,2 (V-), 3,6 (V+) and 4,5 (V+) and 7,8 (V-). The unit can accept + or - input voltages, however the design is a non-isolated design. Max output power per port is 1.8A. Individual outputs are protected from overcurrent, over/undervoltage and short circuit. The midspan is DIN rail mountable with the included DIN rail brackets.
