Analog/Digital signal converter for M-Bus protocol. Available with 2, 3 or 4 analog inputs 0/4-20mA or 0-10V configurable.

Inputs number
A/D converter for M-Bus protocol. It converts analog inputs 0/4-20mA or 0-10V in values readable from Meterbus.

The two channel of the converter from analog to M-Bus enable the acquisition of measured data from sensors in the range 0 / 4-20 mA or 0-10V to M-Bus. There are also models available with 1, 3 or 4 input channels. The AnDi2 device is able to feed autonomously sensors.

Each of the two measuring inputs and therefore each sensor is represented as a M-Bus independent slave. The user can program special primary and secondary addresses for the input channels. These data are stored permanently in an EEPROM to be recharged in the event of a power failure.

AnDi2 can be mounted on a wall or a DIN rail accordin to the DIN-EN 50022 specification.
The device needs a 24VDC regulated power supply.

The input sensors of the AnDi2 device are universal: each sensor can be powered either by an external power and by AnDi2.

The AnDi2 device provide a no regularmentary DC voltage that varies from 15 to 17 V. The minimum current provided is 35mA and the generator is protected against short circuit. The values of voltage and current should be measured when the sensors are connected.
The AnDi2 device is able to adapts to two types of mesurament signal:

  • a current proportional to the measured value
    • in the range 0-20mA or 4-20mA if the sensor is passive
    • in the range 0-20mA or 4-20mA if the sensor is active. These sensors have power terminals separated.
  • a voltage in the range 0-10V proportional to the measured value
