The DALI PS serves as the power supply for the DALI bus system. Standardised voltage and current limitation and timing ensure reliable communication on the bus. With an output current of up to 250 mA it is possible to supply the entire DALI line. Up to 64 addressable DALI devices and another 20-30 control modules (DALI sensors, MCs, touch panels, etc.) can be connected, up to a total load of 200 mA. Units with different output current and housings are available, suitable for DIN-rail mounting, remote ceiling installation (housing with strain relief) or flush-mounting boxes
