Description

MB3280 is a Modbus standard gateway that converts between Modbus TCP and Modbus RTU/ASCII protocols. Are supported up to 16 Modbus TCP masters at the same time, with a maximum of 31 RTU/ASCII slaves for serial port (with repeater max 250). For RTU/ASCII masters are supported up to 32 TCP slaves.

Integration in a Modbus standard network

MB3280 is designed for an easy integration in Modbus TCP and RTU/ASCII networks.

With this model, Modbus slave serial devices can be perfectly incorporated in an already existing Modbus TCP network , and slave Modbus TCP devices can be made accessible to serial masters.

MB3280 offers functions that makes network integration easy, customizable e compatible with almost all Modbus networks.

Gateway convenient for high volumes

MGate MB3280 Gateway can efficiently integrate networks with high density of Modbus knots.
Every RS-233/422/485 serial port can be configurated individually for Modbus RTU or Modbus ASCII or work also at different baudrate, allowing both types of network to integrate with Modbus TCP into a single packet.
