Can we use digital inputs and outputs on CoolMasterNet? how can we use them? We would like to use a digital output to warning about an error on some units.

Take a look here for existing GPIO functionality:

We do not have function to activate GPIO upon failure detection. Such functionality can be added in future firmware release.
