Thank you very much!

Another question: I’m unable to grand wan remote (from outside) access control when mobile wan is running (nor ping request) : is remote access ONLY from wired wan a normal limitation or do I forget something ?
  • Enable remote access (https) ckecked
  • Firewall rules seems fine especially “enabled-https_wan” checked and seemingly with a correct configuration

My doubt comes from the firewall and “zone sources”. In wan item, there is no mention of mobile interface (just the “eth2 interface” which is undoubtfully the wire wan Ethernet port).

To confirm this doubt, the remote access control via wired wan works fine (along with ping) !!

If confirmed, is there a specific way to grand remote access via mobile wan or will you propose this option on further upgrade ?

the problem is not realted to a setting but to mobile operator's IPs assignment.

I don't know how works in France but here in Italy operators don't give public IPs to mobile connection without a specific request.

First hint about this issue is IP address asigned to router WAN port: if it starts with 10. it is surely a private one.

You have to check with your mobile operator and ask him to assign to that specific SIM card a public IP.
Probably you will have to change APN parameter in order to receive public IP.

I cannot help more than that with that procedure because I deeply know just the one for italian mobile operators.

Thank you very much for your hint. This is the same problem in France : except by using a specific M2M sim card, the mobile operators don’t provide a public address. Il will use altenate solutions as VPN.
