Dear Luke,
One antenna is "Main" and the other one is "Aux". Main LTE must always be connected. AUX antenna is only for error correction. It's effect is mostly noticeable in poor signal strength areas.
About WiFi antennas: Both WiFi antennas are working at the same time. 1 antenna can provide speeds up to 150 Mbps, 2 antennas - 300 Mbps. If you have only one WiFi antenna, it does not matter which one you will connect.
Best regards
