This is actual situation:
4 digits program number is supported from SW version: >= 2017-09-01
5 digits program number supported on HW manufactured: >= 2018-01-01
You can retrieve fw version connecting LV-CAN to a tracker, such as FMB120 and checking on CAN Adapter menu
