El ordenador industrial DA-681 está basado en un procesador Intel x86 y soporta VGA, 6 puertos Ethernet, 4 puertos serie RS-232 y 8 puertos serie RS-485, todos ellos aislados, CompactFlash y USB. El DA-681 se suministra en un rack estándar de 19 pulgadas, de alto factor de forma, lo que lo convierte en la plataforma ideal para aplicaciones industriales.

Con su diseño particularmente robusto, el DA-681 es adecuado para aplicaciones que requieren el estándar de 19 pulgadas para montaje, como automatización de cabinas eléctricas, transporte, petróleo y gas. Una ventaja adicional es el aislamiento galvánico de 2 KV en los puertos serie que garantiza comunicaciones fiables incluso en entornos industriales difíciles.

El DA-681 se puede suministrar con Linux o Windows XP Embedded (preinstalado), proporcionando un entorno ideal para el desarrollo de aplicaciones sofisticadas.
