NT151 Gateway per Industrial Ethernet/bus di campo/seriale

El gateway netTAP 151 transmite datos de E/S de forma bidireccional entre dos redes industriales Real-Time Ethernet. NetTAP 151 es la solución ideal para instalaciones con redes homogéneas y heterogéneas que necesitan intercambiar datos a través de los límites de la red. Con más de 40 combinaciones diferentes de los protocolos PROFINET, EtherCAT, Ethernet/IP, POWERLINK, Sercos y Open Modbus/TCP, netTAP 151 ofrece una solución para cualquier conversión.

La integración como simple dispositivo de E/S en la red primaria hace que el convertidor sea compatible con cualquier PLC. En la red secundaria, netTAP 151 funciona como dispositivo de E/S o controla la red subordinada como maestro de bus. La longitud de los datos de E/S se puede configurar según los requisitos de cada aplicación. Los datos de E/S de la red primaria se pueden asignar a los de la red secundaria y viceversa.

Dos controladores Ethernet, cada uno conectado a dos puertos Ethernet dobles con un switch integrado, garantizan una separación segura de la red. De este modo, las topologías de red en estrella, en anillo y en línea se pueden realizar sin periféricos adicionales. Ambos controladores funcionan de forma independiente entre sí e intercambian únicamente los datos de E/S a través de un búfer de datos. El tiempo de procesamiento de datos alcanzado es inferior a 10 ms.

Los dispositivos se pueden pedir con o sin firmware y licencia precargados. El uso de dispositivos genéricos reduce los costes de almacenamiento. La posterior carga del firmware hace que los dispositivos sean flexibles para otras aplicaciones. El conector USB sirve para diagnosticar y poner en marcha todos los dispositivos con independencia de la red.
