MB-OTG:Gateway MODBUS/OPENTHERM 1 CANALE

Il gateway ModBus – OpenTherm a 1 canale può essere installato nel quadro elettrico oppure all’interno dello chassis del generatore con cui comunica e l’alimentazione è a 12 Vdc. Il sistema di supervisione a cui il gateway viene collegato deve avere protocollo Modbus RTU (RS-485) con parametri di comunicazione impostabili (baud rate 9600 o 19200, parità even o nessuna).

L’indirizzo slave configurabile va da 16 fino a 23.

Il gateway è predisposto con 1 canale per la comunicazione mediante protocollo OpenTherm con un solo generatore di calore. Tutti i collegamenti sono realizzati mediante morsetti estraibili; inoltre la connessione è optoisolata verso il generatore.

##  Caratteristiche Tecniche

- Contenitore plastico di dimensione 30 mm X 55 mm (altezza 20 mm, morsetto elettrico escluso)
- Alimentazione a 12 Vdc (corrente continua)
- Interfaccia RS485 verso il Master MODBUS
- Connessione optoisolata verso il generatore di calore
- Protocollo di comunicazione MODBUS RTU (RS-485), con parametri di comunicazione 9600,N,8,1 (nessuna parità) oppure 19200,E,8,1 (parità pari)

 

Il dispositivo è stato testato ed è funzionante sulle seguenti caldaie:

- Italtherm
- Paradigm
JODO (ex ATAG)
- Ferroli (not in economy operation)
- BSG
- Hydrosystems
- Italgas
- Viessmann

Non è funzionante sulle caldaie Riello.

Su altre marche di caldaie va verificato.
