Router Inhand Networks - Attacchi sul servizio TELNET / TELNET service attacks

Qualche settimana fa, molti clienti hanno segnalato che esiste un tipo di attacco da Internet, che utilizza spesso telnet per accedere ai router che hanno un indirizzo IP pubblico. Questo attacco potrebbe far consumare molti dati cellulari o portare i router ripristinarsi alle impostazioni di fabbrica, quindi qui diamo alcuni suggerimenti per evitare questo tipo di attacco:

1.Se non hai utilizzato il servizio telnet o altri servizi di gestione, è meglio disabilitarli inrotuer, utilizzare https per sostituire il servizio http;



2.Se è effettivamente necessario il servizio telnet, si prega di assegnare un indirizzo IP specifico e attendibile per il servizio di gestione;



3. Quando si ottiene il dispositivo inrouter, si prega di cambiare nome utente e password per il login ed evitare l'uso di nome utente e password predefiniti.

A few weeks ago, many customers feedback that there is a kind of attack from internet, it used telnet serivce frequently to login the inrouter which has public IP address, this attack could waste a lot data flow of cellular interface or leads to inrouters restore the factory settings, so here we give some suggestions to avoid this kind of attack:

1.If you didn't use telnet service or other management services, you'd better disable them inrotuer, use https to replace http service;



2.If you indeed need telnet service, please assign a specific and trusted IP address for the management service;



3.When you get inrouter device, please change the username and password for login and avoid using default username and password.
