la ringrazio per la prontezza della risposta. Mi è stata molto utile, dopo alcune verifiche ho scoperto che la k-line era disabilitata, riabilitandola sono cominciati ad arrivare i messaggi del tachigrafo.

di seguito il riscontro di Teltonika:

Response: ""CAN_2:111,0000,K-Line:1"" - Confirms that connection was made correctly at the initial moment of the installation and ignition of vehicle was turned on, therefore data messages can be received.
""I checked our server and saw that the tachograph messages were present (198, 184, 231 etc.) but they all had a value of 0."" - Was the ignition on during this period? If ignition is off (Example"" External voltage is 24,5 V and not ~27 V it is logical to expect that data-bus is in sleep mode and no data should be transmitted). Additionally, if K-line was the only source configured for ""Tachograph Data"" and K-Line was disconnected at that moment no data would have been read.

As for initial point, we kindly suggest to double-check if K-Line wire is not disconnected at this moment, as there does not seem to be any other reasonable sources for this type of issue.

la settimana scorsa ho collegato un fmb640 al tachigrafo di un camion Volvo, seguendo le istruzioni che mi ha inviato.
Tutto sembrava funzionare regolarmente, nella pagina ""tachograph data"" del configuratore tutti gli eventi sono diventati verdi, li ho abilitati tutti in modalità ""Low"".
Ho inviato l'sms ""tachocheck"" ed ho avuto come risposta ""CAN_2:111,0000,K-Line:1"".

Nei giorni successivi, facendo una verifica sul nostro server, vedo che sono presenti i messaggi del tachigrafo (198, 184, 231 ecc.) ma hanno tutti come valore 0.

Stamani ho fatto una prova chiedendo dati tramite sms.
Il tachocheck ha risposto ""CAN_2:111,0000,K-Line:0"" cosa vuol dire che k_line adesso è 0?
Tutti i messagi del tachigrafo hanno dato come valore 0

I messaggi più tradizionali tipo ""ignition"" hanno dato valori corretti.

Cosa sta succedendo?
