RAK7240 offers a robust out-of-the-box experience for rapid IoT deployment. Since the software and user interface are based on OpenWRT, it is perfect for custom application development via an open SDK.

Using RAK7240 for roll-out projects is advantageous as it can support up to 128 nodes (license included) and operates in unlicensed sub-gigahertz 868 MHz radio frequency bands (Europe).
