Orders on Marcomweb Shop
Buying on Marcomweb Shop is very easy. You do not have to create an account first, because your profile will be created automatically as soon as you place your first order.
Here's how to make your first order:
- Visit the website shop.marcomweb.it and choose what to buy
- Add the items you want to the cart
- Enter the delivery address
- Choose the payment you want
- We receive payment
- The item is packed
- The item is picked up by the courier and delivered to the customer
Find the search bar on all pages of the site. Search for the item you are interested in and click on the title to access the product page. In this you can find specific information about the item and you can check how long the item will be sent. You can also browse products using the category tree on the left.
If you want to order an item, just click on the "Add to cart" button on each product page. You can access the contents of the cart at any time by clicking on "Show cart" on the left side of the page.
Check the items you've added to your cart. When you are ready to purchase the items you have in your cart and complete the order, click on the "Buy Now" button which will take you to the first page of the order form.

To be able to log in, you must indicate your username, enter your password and click on the "Login" button. If you are a new customer you will have to register at the same time and select a username and password to be used for future accesses. You can pay for your purchases on our site using the following payment methods:

If the order status is still not as "Not shipped yet" it means that it has not yet entered the shipping process and, as a result, you have the possibility to make changes or cancel it. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to make changes, specifying the order number received by email.
