we've bought a couple of MSB-RS232 and RS485.
We have installed software on a PC but everytime he open a windows this is the error he receive.

I remembered that error and had to do some investigation about the details and how to fix it.
The error appears because Windows rates the given executable file as an invalid Windows program for several reasons: Invalid (infected file), file in a wrong (not executable) location or called by an invalid path.
The best advice I can give you at the moment is to deinstall the software completely and install it again but in another folder (maybe in the users home directory or under ""C:\Program Files"".
Do not install the software on a shared drive or folder.
It's just a guess, but - maybe - Windows or the underlying system call is disturbed by the brackets in the path. It's a pity that the link above is not longer available (and it will be teach me to store the content and not only the link in future). It explains the whole matter in detail, especially since this is not analyzer software problem but a common problem for installed programs on some systems.
