Good morning
a customer has bought a TCW-122WD. He can access its web interface but cannot access via APP.

TCW122B-WD is not supported by the mobile apps and TC Monitor. If watchdog functionality is not needed, your client can convert the controller to TCW122B-CM and use the mobile app.

You have to download firmware from manufacturer website, upgrade it and then reset it to default using RESET button.
