The CoolMaster product line enables home automation specialists, building automation integrators, facility managers, and HVAC professionals to integrate, control, monitor, service, and manage any VRF or VRV HVAC system through a single device. The devices are plug-and-play and do not require prior HVAC technical knowledge. Simply unbox, ensure it's configured for the correct HVAC brand using the built-in display, connect it as instructed, and... you're done...

CoolMasterPro meets the needs of the medium to large commercial market and features comprehensive integration capabilities for large VRF/VRV installations or sites with numerous indoor units or sensors and more advanced monitoring, management, service, or building control requirements.

- Ability to connect up to 256 indoor units.
- Multiple lines for connecting multiple/single* systems of supported VRF manufacturer brands.

- BMS integration via BACnet IP/MSTP
- Cloud-based control application (CoolAutomation Residential package)
- Basic cloud-based remote diagnostics package (1st year)
- Local access to VRF service data via BACnet and Modbus
- Optional - connection to additional CoolAutomation cloud solutions (additional license)
- KNX version only: KNX interface to connect up to 256 VRF units (the maximum number of units depends on the unit's function objects mapped to KNX).
CoolMasterPro also supports connection to split systems, using CoolPlug modules on the split units. The CoolMasterPro supports CoolPlugs on two lines. The maximum number of CoolPlugs supported is 255.

Frequently asked questions
- L1 and L2: Primarily dedicated to brands such as Daikin, Sanyo, Panasonic, Toshiba, and Mitsubishi Electric.
- L4, L5, L6, and L7: Dedicated to brands that use specific polarities or protocols such as LG, Samsung, Mitsubishi Heavy, Gree, Midea, Haier, etc.
- L8: Usually accessible via a USB Host port (via specific adapters, for example for Fujitsu systems or particular networks).
Interoperability note: It is possible to connect multiple lines and even different brands simultaneously on the same device, provided certain hardware mutual exclusions are respected (for example, the use of some lines excludes the simultaneous activation of others due to internal jumpers/DIP switches).
