Yesterday we encountered a problem with the Marcom service in our production environment.
Indeed, although the Marcom service was able to retrieve the data tags from the Siemens S7-300, the OpenOPC gateway cli wasn’t able to retrieve those data.
We have noticed that the Marcom service memory consumption was around 200 Mo instead of less of 30Mo when everything works fine. We didn’t find any relevant information on the service Marcom log exept the following one: Exception 31/10/2018 15:09:13:846 Cannot stop S7.NetService service on computer '.'.
In the other side, we have noticed the following errors on the Windows event log (Sorry it's in french):
